Strong leadership, results and people oriented, problem solving and communication skills, critical and creative thinking, adaptability and detail oriented management skills. Schedule flexibility. English level: Bilingual.

Identify, assess and ensure the strategic alignment of the training department with the company´s goals, through job analysis, career paths, performance evaluations and consultation with line managers.

Mentor and coach representatives, providing constructive analysis based on their measurable performance improvement, evaluation of training requirements and establishing training goals.
