Meet the Team

Latin Top Jobs began operations in San Salvador, El Salvador in 1987 as Contrata S.A. de C.V. The enterprise was based on the principles of carefully identifying client employment needs and successfully matching top candidates for the positions. For many years, the business operated under the Preseleccin Empresarial brand in El Salvador and other Central American countries. As the business grew, other services were added, such as consulting and the outsourcing of payroll.

In 2008 the company had to be reborn in order to face the new globalization events that require us to service not only Central America, but the entire Latin American region. Then, in October 2008 the name of the enterprise was changed to Latin Top Jobs
